Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) is a child-centered version of liturgy that happens during the Liturgy of the Word in Sunday Mass. CLOW follows the same pattern of worship as in the Mass- reading scripture, homily, confession of faith and prayers of the faithful- but it is done in a way that makes it easier and more engaging for children to learn and understand.

During CLOW children interact with the Word- through stories, activities, crafts, games – so it can come alive for them. At the moment CLOW is being taped and sent to families via YouTube each week. You can also access the videos at  OLG Ministries. Once restrictions are lifted, we will return to offering CLOW during the 8:30 and 11:00 Sunday Mass.

Children will follow the Ministers back to the Chapel for their time together. If you are interested in volunteering for this rewarding ministry, we would welcome your help. Please contact Meg Knarr (mknarr@ourladygrace.org). There is no better way to share your faith than to open the Word to a child.
